Name;;
Moonlight's Path [[Moon]]
Breed;;
American Timber Wolf
Age;;
Four Winters
Gender;;
Female
Description;;
Our Fair Lady is thirty inches tall at the shoulder, a build just below average. Her body in a whole weighs around 100 pounds. Her tail is somewhat short for a wolf, her body's entire length, including her tail is 5'5. Her coat is a deep brown-black color. In the sun, there are a few red streaks among her other colors. Her golden eyes stand out sharply against her coat. She had only one noticeable scar, which is on her leg. It runs from the base of her shoulder, almost to her paw. Just a thin line of pink-white skin, where fur no longer grows. The injury didnt affect her running whatsoever.
Personality;;
Difficult, this one. Changes occur often... A little to often. When she hunts, plays and socializes, she is generally in a good mood. But if something goes wrong, instant angry. First prey gets away, next prey gonna pay. That will keep you determined. That will keep you angry. When Moon is happy, its almost contagious. When she's angry, its definitely contagious. Many fights got started among her old pack, just because she entered the den in a bad mood. So, she very convincing, determined, sweat, bitter. Lots of other things, Im sure you'll find out soon enough.
History;;
Not much of one. There was the pack-a rather large one-consisting of her family. Brothers, Sisters, Maicoh-Beta Mother, Randale-Beta Father, Ulrike-Alpha, Tate-Alphaness, the Omeaga, and the other pack members. Maicoh and Randale-being Betas-made a great impact on her life. In public, for her parents, she had to be perfect. Doing something wrong was a disgrace and your parents were the ones that got punished. Betas were the second in command, the Alphas's favorites. Herself and her other siblings were perfect pups in the eyes of the pack, especially Ulrike . It was tradition that a female pup from the Beta's litter was to be chosen to be the next Alphaness. In their pack, Alphaness's never lasted more than about five winters. They were either bred to death or the Alpha would grow tired of her and she would be killed. So, they had to have a new Alphaness ready.
The speculation begins the day the Beta's pups are born. The females are carefully watched until they are two winters old. Around that time is when the Alpha makes his decision. He usually keeps his Alphaness for about another winter then she is finished, one way or the other. Yet, Ulrike had been unable to choose yet. He seemed to be at a tie between two of the Beta's pups. Yaspapi and Wiwanyag Wachipi. Yaspapi meaning first of half of a new moon [[the time the pups were born]] or just New Moon and Wiwanyag Wachipi meaning Sun Dance. There nick names were Moon and Sun. Ulrike debated for almost another winter until finally he chose another Alphaness. Moon. But she didnt want this, she didnt want to be used then just disposed of. She wanted a mated that really cared for her. So she refused, which was allowed. But refusing had consequences. Along with your parents being deeply shamed, you are banned, disowned, and your name must be changed. Moon accepted the punishment and left her sister, Sun to become Alphaness. She chose a new name, based on her travel. She slept during the day, and ran during the night. She followed the Moonlights Path.

[[OOC: This post is during the time before she was banned from her pack]]
She felt his eyes all the time, everywhere she went. No matter how far or fast she ran, he always seemed to be there. Ulrike's speculating was getting more unbearable by the day. If he wasnt around to watch her, he sent Randale-her own father-to watch her. The young females were always closely watched, making sure they remained away from males aside from Ulrike, but the candidates for Alphaness were watched even closer. Even now, as she sat in the middle of the forest, she felt eyes upon her. Why did he follow her here?? She was hunting for the love of moon! Unsuccessfully, she might add...but hunting none the less. Two rabbits had already escaped her but now she swore, the next one would be hers.
Moon ignored the feeling of being watched and directed her eyes towards the left. She scanned the undergrowth surrounding the trees, watching for any movement that would give away the position of her next meal. There-just beside a big fallen branch, she saw it. A little on the small side but it would do. Its back was towards her, 'This will be easy' she thought. Taking a few steps back, she readied herself to pounce upon the creature. The muscles in her legs tightened and with a giant leap, she was airborne. Sailing towards the rabbit, she saw its whole body tense-it finally realizing what was about to happen. She landed just as it started to run, her paws crushing its fragile body. Her back legs struggled to find purchase on the ground and they slid a little before coming to a stop. Moon took the rabbits twitching body between her paws and tore at its neck. She heard a twig snap over to her right, then another. Instantly she started to growl, her lips raising, exposing all of her big white teeth.
After a minute or two, no other sounds came so she cautiously went back to eating, figuring it was just another rabbit or something. Once she finished her rabbit she stood and stretched a little, getting ready to go back to the den. She was exactly excited about returning home, but she knew if she lingered in the woods to long, someone would be sent to look for her. As if others weren't already watching her. Tonight, there would be a pack meeting and everyone was always in the worst of moods before it. Moon turned around and started towards the den, her gait barely a jog.
