Azalea found herself once again relieved by his answer. Denser had a bad habit, she thought, of half telling things. It was an interesting way of captivating attention, and keeping it, but her heart never raced so fast. And it was never calmed with relief just as quickly. 'Well, that settles it.' She stated, once again confidently, strolling happily to the black wolf's side 'Enough talk about evil, you are not.' She realised he could just as easily be lying to her, playing games, but only time would tell.
Azalea seemed only to notice the haunting in his eyes then. Only after she herself was satisfied she wasn't in any danger, and she suddenly felt foolish and inconsiderate for it. Perhaps it wasn't the best subject, perhaps he wasn't evil and he had killed and that was why. She knew the memories would haunt her too, but she doubted the memories of killing would haunt someone possessed by evil. 'Sorry'She felt she should appologise in more depth, but decided it might be best to move off the topic.
Azalea sat down beside Denser. She no longer felt so afraid, if he wasn't going to kill her maybe he wouldn't let anyone else kill her either. Not that she couldn't fair in a fight herself, if she really had to. She turned her attention to the surroundings for the first time since arriving, looking around carefully. It was how she remembered it.
Azalea's eye caught the white, but she thought it snow, and she turned instead back to the water. With a start she realised it sisn't snow in autumn. Jumping up she turned startled, toward the white wolf. It had been so obvious, why had she not noticed? She should've been paying more attention, these were her lands now, she had to know of strangers on them. She wanted to speak a greeting, maybe welcome the wolf, but she couldn't find the words.

Denser didn't really care about her decision. For her, he was now not evil. Maybe he was not evil at all. But who could say he would not be tomorrow? His brother wouldn't have thought that he could betray him, now he was dead.
And so his thoughts went on and everything he saw was his own reflection in the water. He even didn't get the fact that Azaela sat beside him. Of course, he knew it, he saw it and heard it but no thought in his mind cared about this fact.
Not till Azaela jumped up he noticed the foreign fae. But then he looked up and directly through the trees. Her white fur glittered between the dark green like purest ice on the mountainside when the shadow of the huge stone falls on it. It was nearly impossible to overlook it.
Although he came from the north, he had never seen an wolf that white. It seemed as if nature itself had invented a new colour, far away from the that thing, that happens when there is no colour.
The young has noticed the foreign, too. He first had to recognise this but then it was clear, even Azaela didn't know the foreign wolf. But she didn't say anything. Maybe she had her reasons. Maybe she was just surprised or nervous.
"All hail!", he welcomed the fae and his voice was not warmer than her icy white coat. It sounded not like welcoming somebody. It sounded like words that were not intended to be spoken out.

She watched quietly as the silver wolf sat besides the black giant. They both seemed to be lost in deep thought, this made her wonder what had happened? Their had to be a reason that such comments would be spoken. But what seemed even more weird to Sashi was the silver wolves actions. It had only been mere moments ago, when she was standing away from the black wolf, asking him if he would kill her. Now there she sat, a mere few inches away from the male, and didn't seem to fear him at all.
It was then the silver wolf scanned the perimeter of the area. When she looked toward Sashi's rather poor hiding spot, Sashi was sure she'd been found out. But instead the silver wolf turned her attention back to the water. Relaxing slightly Sashi watched her, then with out warning the silver wolf jumped to her feet. She threw her elegant silver head toward where Sashi was hiding, her green eyes sparkled like emeralds with surprise. The black wolf turned his head in the direction his pack mate had jumped to attention at. His icy blue eyes pierced Sashi soul, they were filled with so many different emotion she thought.
She waited for one of them to speak, growl, or chase her, but nothing happened for a few moments. Just when she thought to flee, the black wolf spoke his voice harsh and emotionless. He seemed to be welcoming her even though his tone sounded nothing like it should for a proper welcome. Remembering what her father had once told her about manners in other's territory, Sashi lowered her tail to mid way, but kept her ear high and alert.
That way she would be showing submission and manners to the rightful owners of this land, while still warning them that she could fight if she must. Stepping out from behind the brush she crept slowly a few feet, before stopping and looking at the wolves. All hail! she repeated the old language, the words rolled off her tongue with a slight slur, it had been a long time since she had spoken those words. Moving only a tad closer, she stopped and could not move any closer to the wolves. Although not as far she was, she still stood a couple of yards away. I mean you no disrespect for my intrusion she spoke raising her eyes to the other wolves.

Azalea regarded the white wolf as she stepped out of the contrasting landscape. She was glad to have a time to think over what she was to say, Denser had already greeted the fae, and she felt that the white pelt would surely have more interest in him. He did look more important then herself, and a stranger would have more cause to fear a large brute rather then a young fae. She fixed her gaze on the fae warily as she greeted them in turn.
Azalea realised quickly that she had taken on a rather defensive stance, her ears flicked back slightly, and corrected it; taking on a more confident bearing. She didn’t want to give an unfriendly impression. But then, she didn’t want to look credulous either – however naive she might be. She smiled warmly reminding herself not to judge someone she didn’t know; the white fae had apologised and that was a nice gesture.
‘Your intrusion has not offended me’ she replied, still smiling ‘But thankyou.’ Azalea, though young she was, could tell that this one was only perhaps a year above her. It somehow made her feel insignificant and stupid to be surrounded by others who were older then her, and clearly more learned. ‘And what title are you blessed with?’ Azalea asked. It was best to get to know the fae before letting her guard down, she thought, and so she remained standing.
If there was one thing that Denser had taught her in her short time of knowing him, it was that asking a lot of questions was a good way of digging up the truth. Or, at least, parts of it.

Denser didn't really listen to her. It was unpolite, he knew and maybe it would be a mistake one day. But it was very difficult, to come off his thoughts. Furthermore it was not his job to tell her, what was right and wrong around this place. He didn't even know by himself.
He didn't look at her carefully. Or, not carefully enough. He knew that if the white should attack them, he was the one to fight, the one that had the better chances to win. And unlike Azaela he didn't trust in wolves, whatever they looked like.
So he kept silent. There was nothing to say for him and he was busy with keeping his mind in reality. The only other thing that had nothing to do with his brother or his past was the thought that he had never seen such white fur before.

Keeping her body relaxed was a hard thing for Sashi to do, especially around strangers that were bigger then she. It was clear that if the two keepers of this land wanted to attack her, that they would have the upper hand. Sashi nerves stayed ready for the attack, but Sashi made sure no movement that seemed threatening show. It was the female of the two wolves that spoke.
The other female body calmed itself, her ear moved back and she seemed to warm like the sun. When she accepted her apology for her presence in her land, Sashi eased up slightly. It seemed to her that the younger wolf was in charge. Sashi mind did a back flip in her head, she had never seen a female Alpha before. Although, in all truth she had once been destined to be one herself.
I go by the name Sashi, sired by Omar, damed by Misty Sashi introduced herself in a proud voice. When ever she met another who asked of her name, she would reply her name and her parents names. Sashi never was really sure why? It seemed so formal to do such, but she would just shrug it off and think it was out of respect for them.
She turned her attention toward the black wolf for a moment, his attention seemed pulled again, by what? Sashi hadn't a clue. All she knew was he seemed as lost in the surroundings of this place as she was. Sashi questioned just how long this pack had been together? And if they even truly trusted one another? Turning her gaze back to the apparent leader Sashi asked,If it is not too bold may I ask yours?

Azalea nodded thoughtfully at Sashi's introduction. She had never heard of her mother or father, and she wondered why she would introduce herself as such in a new land. Though, Azalea had to admit the formality was nice, and it was nice to know something a little more about the wolf then just simply her name. Even if she had never heard of the wolves of who had conceived her.
Azalea glanced at Denser briefly. She was feeling more relaxed, but she was wondering if he had another opinion. She found no clue as to his opinion in her glance, but she didn't really expect to see any guidance. She was used to finding her own, it was how she helped her sister in their childhood, before her brother had gone. She still had plenty to learn, but she knew she was perfectly capable of doing that. She was a fast learner.
'My name is Azalea' She started, feeling it was a little short in comparison, so added 'You would not know of my parents.' Azalea meant it light-heartedly, and smiled again. 'And what brings you here?' She asked curiously, fully prepared for the question to be left unanswered. She didn't mind much about others pasts, only future intentions. She didn't wish to know if Sashi had been chased from her pack, or if she ran from some untold memories, but the wolf seemed strange.
Azalea tried to think why, writing it off as her beautifully white coat. She marvelled silently at it's purity, wondering what colours her parents coats had been.

Denser didn't answer the question about his name. It was Azaelas job to decide what the new one should know and it was not his turn to speak. On the other hand he wouldn't have answered who his parents were. He didn't even remember their full name. Well, of course he would have been able to think of and get them sometime. But he didn't want to. He was not proud f them and they surely weren't of him.
But he forced himself to listen to this conversation and not to fall into his past again. He didn't want to be seen in his darkest memories. Maybe Azaela didn't recognise this, but this white fae would, he guessed. And if there was something he never wanted to be then it was to be a opened book. He didn't want to be somebody who you can read in whenever you want to.
He didn't want to gaze at the two and so his eyes moved around and paused at the water. His reflection looked at him, too. And without wanting it, he remembered Azaelas question. Was he evil? The wolf he could see didn't look like this, he knew. He rather looked broken but maybe for those who knew him. But he didn't loo evil, although he was. He should have died by helping his brother. They should have died together like they were supposed to be. But Thorn was dead and it was his fault. No doubt, he was evil.

Sashi listened to Azalea make her introduction, she hadn't expected her to say anything about her parents. Usually when she told of her blood parents, most wolves would just shrug it off. But, she appreciated the acknowledgment. Sashi noticed Azalea glance toward the black wolf, as if she was waiting for him to speak or act. Looking toward him Sashi couldn't help but stare at the icy blue eyes of this Fae. She wasn't sure why? But something about his eyes told an unknown story. When Azalea spoke again Sashi forced herself to look at the she wolf. Her question took Sashi a moment to answer, but she responded to the Alphess question.I'm a wanderer miss, I travel here and there; but I don't really belong any where.
Sashi eyes traveled to the ground, thinking of how she had belonged once. Raising her eyes once more, she looked at Azalea for a time, before deciding to ask her question straight out. The Alphess seemed rather new to leadership and her pack was rather small by the smell of the area. There once thrived a strong, large pack, but the smell was old now. In fact Azalea's scent seemed rather new around here. Since I'm a wander and have no pack of my own. May I join your pack? Sashi asked lowering her body to show respect to the Alphess.

Azalea noted quietly Sashi's particular interest in Denser. She didn't blame the white pelt, he was pretty captivating. And he did have the darkest coat among them. It must seem strange to this newcomer that the land still held the old packs smell. Azalea had yet to explore the lands, and it made her feel rather silly; the idea of a small pack was an enticing offer of vulnerability to those with a black hearts. But there was no denying the fact.
Azalea's auds perked at Sashi's wishes to join with her. She had thought, by her previous statement, that the white wolf was leading up to telling her she was only passing through on a whim. It was wonderful to hear she wished to stay. 'Of course you can!' she said merrily grinning for the first time since her first encounter with the stranger. She stole another look at Denser, hoping he would be happy as well. It was always important for everyone to get along, in Azalea's opinion.
'I hope you find here to be your place of calling' she added before closing her mouth, least she discouraged Denser from saying anything. Azalea didn't want to cut him out of the picture, and she felt that perhaps Altar would be best to meet Sashi right away, as well. It wasn't proper to leave a member of the pack in the dark.

Denser didn't notice their topic as he didn't notice to be noticed. He was captured in thoughts and didn't want to come back. Maybe he would have done, if he had known about the much better world around him. But he seemed to have forgotten about this fact and this was the ropes that tided him.
His reflection seemed like the opened book that he would never be. And he could read in him soul. His eyes were like the shining cold light you need to read the dark letters on the dark paper of his fur and everything around him has gone.
He felt how he had stopped breathing. Not for long but long enough to notice that he had stopped. A short moment he thought of not take air again, but he had to and so he went on. This very moment took him out of his thoughts back to reality and he noticed the views that lied upon him. He looked into the calm water, able to see a few parts of the reflections of the two faes but not enough. So he raised his head. He looked at the white for a short moment. Denser knew what had happened while he had been in his own world, made out of pain and memories. He had noticed but not cared. And so he didn't care now.
Calm and icy he sat there and nothing betrayed his thoughts.

Rising to stand at her full height, Sashi smiled politely at her knew pack mate.I thank you kindly She hadn't expected joining a pack would be this easy. Sashi almost thought she hadn't proved her ability to the members of the pack, but Azalea happiness proved out wise. She took in the aura of the silver member, she could tell that Azalea was a free spirited soul. That would rather get to know someone before judging them. Some wolves would take this as being naive, and in some sense it very well could have been, but to Sashi she thought of it as being glad to be alive.
Azalea's spark and manner caused Sashi to chuckle inwardly. Sashi had once remembered when she was like that, free and alive, not feeling the sting of hate or sorrow. If only those days were still alive, then maybe she wouldn't need to be entering a new pack. But what had happened did happen and to dwell on the past too long would only end up killing her. Sashi still couldn't help but remember and regret not doing anything to prevent what had happened that night, sure she had been little and stood no chance against the alpha. But at least she wouldn't feel so stupid and helpless today.
Denser's movements broke Sashi from her ridiculous ranting, her eyes traveled toward the Alphess. To her surprise however, she wasn't being watched at all. Instead the silver furred leader was looking toward the black furred member. Not really knowing what the Alphess was thinking Sashi followed her gaze to the black wolf. Sashi was shocked to find him looking at her, his icy eyes cold and calm, his blank stare made her wonder what he was or had been thinking.
Sashi could sense that there was something different about Denser, compared to Azalea he was a lot more calm. To Sashi he seemed to hold wisdom deep within his mind, but to read his thoughts would be a brutalizing task in its self. Moving her gaze back to Azalea Sashi spoke,If I'm now a member of your pack, I would like to know if there is anything for me to be aware of? Or a certain duty I am now to hold here?

Azalea returned her gaze to Sashi at the wolfess's words. She had not been in leadership long enough to delegate; she had simply not thought of it. Of course, it had only been hours before that she had first announced herself. With the thought, she felt herself that she needed to know the members better, their strengths, weaknesses and their ability and personality. That would be the easiest way to assign tasks.
Although, it would take time to get to know the members, and it would be an advantage to all if they had direction. It would bring some more order to things, and she could always discuss other jobs with them if it wasn't running smoothly. She didn't know much of Sashi's persona, but from what she could tell she wasn't very imposing. And her fur didn't provide much cover, save for the winter months. Azalea supposed she could just ask of their abilities.
'That's a good question' Azalea said thoughtfully. She decided to go with the latter of her thoughts and ask of her preferences. 'Do you have a talent?' She asked curiously, directing the question at the two, glancing at Denser so he would know she wanted to know his talents as well.

Denser listened to the conversation, now. He was not really interested in what they were talking about. Especially not as they were talking about things that didn't regard to him. But since they started to talk about things which mattered to him as well, he tried to force himself to listen.
And actually, Azaela seemed to ask him as well for his talents and skills. Did he have skills? He was a loner, he was able to survive. An ability which could be a skill in itself. He was able to hunt, to eat, to speak, to sleep and to find his way. But did he have skills?
He was a good speaker, no doubt. Ably in talking, gently and proud. But this was no skill that could help anybody. And he was not fond of it. Words were perfidious and uncertain. Maybe like him ... And so he kept silent. Maybe he would answer, because it was inpolite to not answer. But he wanted to wait for an answer of the white first.

Azalea question was one to be expected in a situation like this, this she-wolf hardly knew Sashi; and how long she knew the black wolf she wasn't sure. Taking a moment Sashi thought about herself, what she looked like and if there were any special things about her, that in turn could help a pack. Sashi had never really thought about it before, it wasn't a question she was often asked by others.
Her abilities were ranging in keeping alive, being that she hadn't belonged anywhere in a long time, her brain was set to keep herself alive and strong. Thinking about what abilities were needed to survive might be a good way to start to answer the question at hand. She could hunt fairly decent alone, but the fact that her coat stuck out like a soar thumb in all seasons, but winter, didn't help any matters. Her footsteps were quiet and she did little to bring attention to herself, unless she wanted to be known, but as good as an ability that was her fur once more got in the way.
Sashi thought about past encounters with others, she was always respectful and considerate, but she wasn't very trusting and often wouldn't stick around for long in others presence. If someone Sashi truly cared for was in trouble, or needed her she would be nothing but loyal to them. This was a good trait to have she thought, but the fact that she just met the two would mean it would take sometime before that kind of caring was reached.
Just when Sashi wasn't sure there was many talents she possessed, she looked around her. Azalea was standing pretty erect and the black wolf was standing a little low so it looked. But Sashi noticed something she found rather odd, she was more the height of the male then the female. Her frame seemed bigger then Azalea's, maybe it was because she was standing at a distance away. Sashi careful stepped a few more feet forward, but her sight had been right. She was a taller then the Alphess.
Sashi thought back to her puppy hood and realized she had always been the size of the males in her pack, rather then the females. Also she had been given the gift of large paws, having large paws meant it was easier to move around in all types of terrain. Sashi wondered if that was a true talent though. Sure being able to move swiftly and quietly was a plus, but could it really help the pack. Not wanting to leave Azalea and the other member waiting Sashi let a long breath and replied,I'm not sure if this really is a talent, but because of my over sized paws I can move through most areas quick and easy, and I try my best to remain quite through out.
